Kindly review these terms and conditions of use as they hold important information concerning your rights and responsibilities.
Lir Cards website along with all the data included therein, is the copy right property of Perelino Ltd. and all rights are reserved. It is prohibited to reproduce the site, wholly or partially in any format or medium without express written authorisation from Perelino Ltd. All designs and proofs displayed on our website are the exclusive property of Lir Cards and it is prohibited to reproduce them without our written consent.
When placing an order with Lir Cards you are consenting to these terms and conditions fully and unconditionally.
Upon personalising your design and submitting an order you will receive an online proof of your card via email. Please note that it is recommended to view the proof on a PC or Laptop rather than a phone or tablet as all monitors vary and the colour may not be entirely representative of the final printed product.
The customer holds the responsibility of thoroughly reviewing their online proof and checking for any typing errors, spelling mistakes, incorrect details, appropriate font type and size etc.
We apologise that we are unable to offer a refund once the proof has been approved. Our policy states that Lir Cards do not provide refunds in cases where a customer has failed to thoroughly proof read their final design. Therefore, it is imperative that all proofs are carefully reviewed before being signed off, as we cannot be held accountable for any errors discovered after this stage.
The customer will always be requested to review and approve their design. Until the original proof has been signed off by the customer we will not proceed to print.
Our state-of-the-art machines utilise the latest in print technology to produce premium quality memorial stationary. While reviewing your online proof please keep in mind that the device you use to view it may affect its appearance. We recommend viewing proofs on a PC or Laptops as different screens may display slightly different tones compared to our finished printed products.
Our current pricing structure is determined by evaluating the current production and material costs. VAT is applicable on all Lir Cards products and is included on our invoice. You can avail of our prices in Euros, Pounds, and Dollars. We hold the right to revise our prices without prior notice. However, any order received will be charged at the displayed price at the time of ordering.
At Lir Cards we utilise secure payment gateway systems offered by Stripe to process our customers transactions. Once you reach the payment stage you will be directed to Stripe secure gateway payment systems to input your credit or debit card details. The payment on your bank or credit card statement will reflect Lir Cards.
To receive a proof of any of our personalised memorial stationary, payment must be received beforehand.
Parcel Deliveries and Delays
Our goal is to deliver your memorial stationary to the address you provided on the online order form within 8-10 working days from signing off your design proof. While we will always strive to delivery your products in a timely fashion, please be advised that the delivery date is an estimate, and we cannot be held liable for any losses resulting from late or non-delivery of products.
If you feel that the product that you have received does not meet your expectations, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours. You will then be advised as to how to proceed. You may be asked to return the products in question to us. If we determine that there is a significant difference between the product in question and the signed off proof, we will reproduce the order or the portion of the order that is affected at no extra charge to you.
Please note that our memorial stationary products are all personalised and therefore cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue.
Products damaged in transit
When your order is printed it will be dispatched to you. On receipt of your order please examine and review your memorial stationary immediately. In the unlikely event that your products have been damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours at email@example.com which is in accordance with our returns policy. You will then be advised as to how to proceed. You may be asked to return the products in question to us.
If Lir Cards do not receive any notification within 24 hours, the delivered goods will be considered complete, undamaged and in accordance with the order placed.
